Jodi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her graduate degree from UW Oshkosh in Counselor Education. Jodi worked in Human Resources before going back to school to change her career. Jodi has been working with adults, adolescents, couples and families for over 10 years. Jodi uses a variety of techniques to work with her clients.
Her specialties include anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships, family and communication issues. She is also EMDR trained.
Jodi has experience working in groups with Day Treatment, In-home and Outpatient settings. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and is a committee member working on Public Relations for the Wisconsin Counseling Association.
In 2011, Jodi started a program in Green Bay working with middle and high school students who found themselves in alternative school settings due to fighting and other inappropriate behaviors in the school environment. Jodi provided them the counseling required to return to regular school. The program was well received by school personnel, parents and students. Jodi is hoping to be able to continue this program again in Green Bay and also in Door County.
When not working Jodi, enjoys motorcycle riding, exercising, traveling, reading, golfing in spring and summer, and volunteering when she can. She and her husband have a two year old black lab and they both love animals.
